Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the department's financial and business operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and resource allocation.
• Lead strategic planning and administrative initiatives to drive departmental growth and efficiency.
• Oversee faculty and staff affairs, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Provide administrative leadership for clinical, research, and educational programs within the department.
