Job summary

Roche in Indianapolis is seeking a motivated Demand & Supply Planner to join our team. You will develop and maintain demand forecasts, monitor inventory, and collaborate with sales and operations to ensure supply chain efficiency.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, lead process improvements, and support material supply strategies. A bachelor’s degree and strong analytical, communication, and SAP/Airtable skills are required. The role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years business experience.
• Strong Microsoft Suite, Airtable and SAP skills.
• Strong communication, collaborative problem solving, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent organization and planning, including project management.
• Knowledge of materials management and logistics.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales inputs.
• Conduct regular demand planning meetings to review forecast accuracy, identify trends, and adjust forecasts as needed.
• Coordinates with organizational stakeholders on developing and executing strategies for materials on supply interruption.
• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate optimal business partnership to support our external customers.
• Participate and/or lead in process improvement initiatives.
• Develop or assist in the development of departmental protocols.
• May assist in training and mentoring support staff.
• Executes and manages support functions, reporting, and databases.
• Daily monitoring/review and execution of inquiries in the group mailbox.
• Departmental SME relating to system, reporting and SAP.
• Develop and execute reporting.
