Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years business experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel experience required.
• Experience with SAP and data analysis.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of materials management and logistics.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales inputs.
• Conduct regular demand planning meetings to review forecast accuracy and adjust forecasts.
• Coordinates with organizational stakeholders on developing and executing strategies for materials on supply interruption.
• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate optimal business partnership to support our external customers.
• Participate and/or lead in process improvement initiatives. Develop or assist in the development of departmental protocols.
• Executes and manages support functions, reporting, and databases.
• Daily monitoring/review and execution of inquiries in the group mailbox.
• Departmental SME relating to system, reporting and SAP.
• Develop and execute reporting.
