Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field with 8+ years in planning.
• Experience leading demand planning and forecasting at a detailed level.
• Strong analytical skills and data fluency; advanced Excel proficiency.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monthly demand plans across styles, colors, and sizes.
• Lead SIOP processes and monthly Demand Review meetings with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning to reconcile demand and supply and set inventory targets.
• Identify and mitigate risks, opportunities, and performance gaps in forecast accuracy and service levels.
• Create standard and ad hoc reports to visualize forecast performance and inventory health.
• Drive process improvements in planning tools, analytics, and automation.
