Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to develop weekly production plans and master schedules in alignment with customer demand and plant capacity. The role ensures on-time, in-full delivery by monitoring plan attainment and providing timely status reports.

You will coordinate scheduling, manage WIP visibility, and support inventory planning across mass production environments. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields, strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Conventional English required.
• Strong Excel skills and MPS experience.
• Understanding of WIP inventory management.
• Experience supporting mass production launches.
• Experience coordinating production schedules based on demand and capacity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute weekly production plans and master schedules.
• Monitor daily production plan attainment and provide status reports.
• Coordinate production scheduling based on customer demand and manufacturing capacity.
• Manage WIP inventory visibility and support inventory planning activities.
• Track customer purchase orders and delivery commitments.
• Escalate risks that may impact production plan compliance.
• Support mass production launches and production ramp-ups.
