Regal Rexnord is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to own the monthly, quarterly, and annual demand forecasts for industrial motor product lines. The role collaborates with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Operations to translate market inputs into an accurate plan in a hybrid work environment with onsite days and remote flexibility.

The position emphasizes improving forecast accuracy, reducing bias, and balancing service levels with inventory and working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP/SIOP.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, motors, automation, or engineered equipment industries.
• Advanced Excel and experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).
• Experience with forecasting and planning tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual demand forecasts across regions, channels, and customers.
• Analyze historical sales, market signals, and seasonality to improve forecast quality.
• Build statistical forecasts and translate inputs into a consensus demand plan.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to align plans.
• Support monthly S&OP/SIOP processes and prepare executive updates.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with supply planning to reflect constraints and opportunities.
• Support new product introductions and lifecycle events with demand insights.
• Develop forecasting models, dashboards, and executive readouts; drive continuous improvement.
