Job summary

Growve, a leading health and wellness company, is seeking a Planning Manager in Ogden, UT to develop and manage demand forecasts for a portfolio of dietary supplements and wellness products. You will align sales, marketing, finance, and supply planning to ensure optimal inventory, high service levels, and minimal waste in a shelf-life sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., supply chain, business, finance, statistics).
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
• Experience in CPG, supplements, nutraceuticals, or pharma industries strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing S&OP or IBP processes.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficient in forecasting methods (time series, regression, causal models).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SAP IBP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Anaplan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts using historical data and market inputs.
• Lead monthly demand planning cycle with statistical forecasting and consensus alignment.
• Monitor forecast accuracy (MAPE, bias) and drive improvements.
• Adjust forecasts for promotions, launches, seasonality, and lifecycle changes.
• Lead demand review meetings as part of the S&OP process.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning teams.
• Translate commercial strategies into actionable demand plans.
• Partner with supply planning and procurement to ensure inventory levels and safety stock.
