UPL is seeking a Demand Planning Manager for USAg and B2B units in North America. The role leads end-to-end demand planning, aligns forecasts with commercial and financial targets, and drives cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, supply chain and FP&A.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 8+ years in demand planning, commercial ops, or sales analytics.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience leading or participating in S&OP processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; SAP or ERP experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end demand planning for USAg and B2B units, ensuring forecasts are data-driven and aligned with commercial strategy and financial targets.
• Facilitate and lead monthly Pre-S&OP and S&OP meetings across Commercial, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.
• Lead the project to implement a new APS tool in North America.
• Ensure North America requirements are met across the F2S project through tool and process redesign.
• Collaborate with Country Heads, KAMs, and RSMs to analyze sales trends and market dynamics.
• Provide actionable insights through sales analytics and ad hoc reporting for leadership and FP&A.
• Act as a liaison between Commercial, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure transparency and coordination.
• Support distributor tools and channel materials aligned with business objectives.
• Guide product allocations and quarterly initiatives with Commercial and Marketing teams.
• Develop mature regional demand planning processes and executive-level planning meetings.
• Assist in annual sales planning, budgeting, and quarterly target setting.
• Implement and maintain forecasting processes updated monthly/quarterly as needed.
