Job summary

Kenvue, Summit, NJ, is seeking a Demand Planning Business Lead to oversee finished goods inventory, build accurate demand forecasts, and coordinate with traffic, production planning and warehouse teams in a hybrid setting.

You will drive SKU-level forecasts using IBP and SAP Demand Planning, develop cross-functional demand strategies, monitor stock levels, and report to senior management to guide decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful demand planning strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and communicate complex business data.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a matrix environment.
• Experience with syndicated data and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop SKU-level operational forecasts via IBP and SAP Demand Planning.
• Develop and implement demand planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Analyze market trends and customer demand to identify opportunities.
• Create and maintain demand planning metrics and reports for senior management.
• Lead S&OP processes to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.
• Manage budgeting, risk analysis, and service management.
• Provide leadership to multiple teams of professionals.
