Job summary

On-Board PMO is hiring a Demand Planner in Cleveland, OH for a 1-year contract. The role focuses on forecasting, inventory optimization, and cross-functional supply chain alignment in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop forecasts, analyze market trends, support S&OP processes, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Production Planning, Procurement, and Finance to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM or related field.
• 2+ years in demand planning or related supply chain function.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation能力.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivots, reporting).
• Experience with ERP/MRP/demand planning systems.
• Clear communication across functions and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve short- and long-range demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Production Planning, Procurement and Finance.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, inventory performance and service levels.
• Support monthly S&OP and demand reviews; present risks and opportunities.
• Align demand with production capacity, material availability and inventory targets.
• Maintain master data and forecast inputs in ERP/MRP systems.
• Identify stockouts, excess inventory, and mitigation plans.
• Prepare dashboards and executive summaries on forecast performance.
