Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking a highly analytical Senior Demand Planner to join our team in Naperville. You will generate accurate demand plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate demand decisions to stakeholders.

This role acts as a liaison between Commercial and Supply Chain to align demand with customer needs and strategic goals. The Senior Demand Planner supports the monthly IBP cycle by enriching baseline forecasts with business insights to deliver an unconstrained

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, supply chain, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning.
Ability to use data to solve problems, make informed decisions, and implement effective solutions.
Strong organization skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, including presenting data effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with advanced Excel and data visualization proficiency (Power BI/Tableau).
Experience with forecasting tools and ERP/planning systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA, o9, Kinaxis).

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to key sales channels.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product/Category Management, Finance, and customers to understand insights that impact demand.
Develop accurate demand plans by enriching baseline forecasts with cross-functional input over 24+ months.
Update forecasts in planning and ERP systems to ensure data quality.
Participate in new product launch planning and lifecycle management.
Monitor daily and weekly demand variances and identify risks.
Liaise with Customer Operations and Supply Planning on abnormal demand.
Participate in CPFR alignment calls to synchronize promotions and replenishment.
Utilize POS, inventory, and order data to identify trends and risks.
