You’ll work with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Manufacturing to develop credible demand plans and support S&OP. The role emphasizes data analysis, forecast accuracy, and collaborative problem solving using ERP systems and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in a similar role.
• Understanding demand planning principles, forecasting techniques, and time-series analysis.
• Knowledge of S&OP/S&OE processes and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and input from Sales and Product Management.
• Analyze forecast performance and adjust plans to reflect changing business conditions.
• Lead monthly Pre-Demand Review meetings and the Demand Review segment of the S&OP process.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Manufacturing to align demand with supply.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and communicate significant exceptions to stakeholders.
