Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, supply chain planning, forecasting, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and demand forecasting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• ERP or planning system experience preferred (SAP, Oracle, JDA, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, or similar).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, supply chain, and commercial stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts across a large SKU portfolio using historical sales data, market trends, and business intelligence.
• Analyze customer demand patterns, identify risks and opportunities, and proactively adjust forecasts as needed.
• Partner with sales, operations, and commercial teams to incorporate promotions, customer insights, and market changes into planning activities.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions to improve performance metrics.
• Manage inventory targets and help optimize stock levels while balancing customer service requirements and inventory investment.
• Evaluate trends, seasonality, and demand variability to support inventory planning decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align demand plans with supply chain and distribution strategies.
• Support product introductions, product transitions, and assortment changes through effective planning and analysis.
• Create reporting and performance dashboards to provide visibility into demand and inventory trends.
