Job summary

HexArmor is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Demand and Inventory Planning Intern for Summer 2027 in Grand Rapids, MI. The role involves analysis across Excel, SAP Business One, Tableau, and Blue Ridge, supporting purchasing, inventory health, and on-time replenishment for all product lines.

You will collaborate with Planning, Category Managers, Product Managers, and Logistics Specialists, gaining hands-on experience in forecasting, procurement, and logistics processes during a 14-week,

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Proven Excel experience in generating and editing multiple interconnected spreadsheets.
• Solid decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Critical attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and presenting excel spreadsheet work for purchasing/financial reviews.
• XLOOKUP/ Index Matching
• Generating IF statements/formulas
• Reformatting of exports and importing into existing spreadsheets
• Daily operating within SAP Business One for updating purchase orders and creating production orders.
• Support supplier communication on order confirmations, delays, capacity and recovery plans.
• Support monitoring inventory health for excess, aged, and safety stock levels.
• Assist with analysis for improving department processes and procedures.
• Assist with miscellaneous reporting / Supply Chain tasks or reporting as they occur.
• Analyze and provide feedback to appropriate departments on material status for fulfilling customer demand.
