You will own governance, risk management, and financial strategy while guiding cross-functional teams through transformation programs for global customers. This role emphasizes accountability, growth, and collaboration with SAP leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management with strong business, functional, or technical expertise.
• Executive presence with ability to engage with C-level executives.
• Proficiency in AI, SAP toolchain (ALM, LeanIX, Signavio), Activate, Agile, PMP frameworks.
• Certifications include SAP Certified Associate – Business Transformation Consultant; SAP Certified Specialist – Project Manager; AI-related certifications; Change Management for SAP Cloud Projects.
• Education: Bachelor's in business or project management; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Leadership: govern, communicate, and deliver strategy aligning with SAP methodologies.
• Customer Engagement: build relationships with C-suite; represent SAP at Steering Committees and Business Reviews.
• Risk & Issue Management: escalate risks and issues; coordinate with SAP, customer, and partner leadership to resolve challenges.
• Team Leadership: coach teams, allocate resources, foster a high-performing "One-SAP" delivery culture.
• Business Development: support services and license sales cycles; identify account growth opportunities.
• Governance & Quality: establish governance frameworks; manage quality gates; ensure delivery excellence.
• Financial Accountability: manage program financials, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
