Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience developing and executing complex strategies and plans.
• 8+ years of experience in direct support to the Marine Corps.
• Knowledge of Marine Corps force design, combat development, force generation, and force employment processes.
• Ability to lead and develop teams across multiple programs or projects of varying complexities.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and influence strategy.
• Ability to balance long- and short-term priorities to meet objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior government officials.
• Domestic travel up to 25% of the time.
• Secret clearance and Bachelor's degree required.
