Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a senior strategist to shape, capture, manage, and oversee delivery of services and solutions for the Marine Corps. You will leverage deep Marine Corps knowledge to influence strategy and lead cross-functional teams across consulting, analytics, and digital solutions.

You will coordinate with senior government and industry leaders to drive strategic outcomes, oversee complex programs, and continually improve processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience developing and executing complex strategies and plans.
• 10+ years of experience in direct support to the Marine Corps.
• Knowledge of Marine Corps force design, combat development, force generation, and force employment processes.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple concurrent programs or projects.
• Ability to operate in a fast tempo, dynamic environment and balance priorities.
• Strong communication with senior government officials for persuasive positions.
• Ability to shape strategic direction of programs and initiatives.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
