• 5+ years of relevent experience in program management, preferably in defense or aerospace.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field; advanced degree welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily execution of contract requirements to meet cost, schedule and performance goals.
• Lead integrated product team meetings from kick-off through project close.
• Coordinate with internal/external customers on existing contracts and bid/proposal activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks across the program lifecycle; develop corrective action plans.
