Job summary

Qualifications

• Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) required; entrants into the Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service are assessed against the six mandatory ECQs.
• Driving Efficiency: ability to strategically manage resources, budget effectively, cut wasteful spending, and pursue efficiency through process/tech upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Oversees major NSA programs and strategic plans; accountable for agency performance and budget implementation; serves as spokesperson and mentors subordinates to cultivate future senior leaders.
