The Program Manager – Defense & Aerospace will lead high‑impact programs supporting military and aerospace customers, ensuring seamless execution across scope, schedule, and cost. This role serves as a strategic integrator, working closely with Sales and external customers and integrating customer needs across engineering and operations to drive program success and uphold Teradyne’s standards of excellence.

The base salary range for this role is $127,000-$203,300. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan:Eligible for discretionary bonus based on financial performance.
