Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC is seeking an Application Analyst in Supply Chain and Logistics to join our Tampa HQ. You will partner across Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics and Distribution to implement enhancements and train users on updates to supply chain systems.

You will identify technologies to improve business outcomes, develop functional design documents, and provide SME guidance while ensuring alignment with Coke Florida architecture and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in Supply Chain and adjacent technology.
• Experience with SAP/ERP Systems, WMS and/or other Supply Chain applications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with business system design and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships between Coke Florida Technology Team, CONA, 3rd party service providers and business partners across Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics and Distribution.
• Support stakeholders to test processes and train users on updates within various Supply Chains systems.
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to deliver desired business outcomes.
• Implement system technology enhancements, change requests and process improvements for the Supply Chain.
• Identify technologies that will improve and align with company architecture and standards.
• Develop or facilitate gathering of configuration specifications and functional design documents.
• Provide support for Supply Chain teams for business applications or infrastructure to maintain productivity.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of system defects with SMEs and guide business partners.
