Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a discipline within the LASS division.
• Administrative and leadership experience in higher education required.
• Experience with enrollment, scheduling, and program assessment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for academic disciplines, programs and pathways within LASS.
• Lead faculty and staff development, supervision and evaluation.
• Oversee enrollment management, scheduling and workload processes.
• Manage division budget and resources and ensure compliance with policies.
