Job summary

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in data analytics, business, public health, or related discipline.
  • 5–7 years of analytics experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Familiarity with data science techniques such as decision trees, multivariate analysis, segmentation, factor analysis, regression, forecasting, and machine learning.
  • Experience with statistical tools and languages: Python, R, MATLAB, or SAS.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data challenges and communicate insights clearly.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and effective as a cross-functional team player in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in data mining, analysis, and translating findings into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency building queries, preparing reports, and delivering presentations.
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills; data visualization in Excel and Tableau.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with customer teams and external clients using data-driven narratives to show product value.
  • Deliver proactive analyses of portfolio performance, customer needs, and business risks or opportunities.
  • Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling to evaluate product data, uncover drivers, and forecast outcomes.
  • Monitor portfolio health, provide stakeholder updates and business reviews, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Present clear, actionable insights through client-facing visuals and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance product value and improve analytical efficiency.
  • Support complex client requests and escalations in partnership with account teams.
  • Contribute insights informing strategic and tactical decisions across competitive positioning, product design, analytics, and operations.
  • Develop deep expertise in CoverMyMeds, the pharmaceutical industry, and the business context of the accounts we support.

We offer a competitive Total Rewards package, including base pay, potential bonus or long-term incentive opportunities, and other benefits, with a stated base pay range of $108,800 to $181,300.
