Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in data analytics, public health, or related field (healthcare preferred).
• 5–7 years of analytics experience in healthcare/Pharma preferred.
• Knowledge of data science methods: decision trees, multivariate analysis, segmentation, regression, forecasting, ML.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with CSTs and external clients through data storytelling.
• Deliver proactive analyses of portfolio performance, customer needs, and business risks or opportunities.
• Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling to analyze product data and forecast outcomes.
• Monitor portfolio health, provide stakeholder updates and business reviews.
• Present clear insights via client-facing visuals and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve product value and analytical efficiency.
• Support complex client requests and escalations with account teams.
• Contribute insights to strategic and tactical decisions across competitive positioning, product design, analytics, and operations.

The SDS will focus on maximizing time spent on high-value, client-impacting insights by prioritizing work that directly drives commercial outcomes.

This position collaborates extensively with business units and channels across the company and supports the business goals of external clients.

• Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling to analyze product data, identify drivers, and forecast outcomes.
• Monitor portfolio health, provide stakeholder updates and business reviews, and
• Present clear, actionable insights through concise client-facing visuals and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve product value and analytical efficiency.
• Support complex client requests and issue escalations in partnership with account teams.
• Contribute insights that inform strategic and tactical decisions across competitive positioning, product design, analytics, and operations.
• Develop expertise in CoverMyMeds, the pharmaceutical industry, and the business context of supported accounts.

Priority will be given to candidates who live in the Columbus, OH metropolitan area

Critical Skills And Minimum Qualification

• BA/BS degreeor equivalent experienceindata analytics,business,public health,or relatedfield; healthcare experience stronglypreferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in an analyticsrole in healthcare/Pharma industrypreferred.
• Understanding of data science methodologies includingdecision trees, multivariate analysis, segmentation modeling, factor analysis, regression analysis, forecasting, machine learning, etc.
• Experienceor understanding ofstatisticalsoftware (PYTHON, R, MATLAB, SAS, etc.)
• Curious problem solver by nature; able to quickly make sense of complex data issues.
• Driven, self-motivated, team player adept at working in environment with competing priorities.
• Experience with data mining, analysis, and providing insights.
• Adept at creating queries, writing reports, and presenting findings.
• Intermediate toAdvanced proficiency in SQL.
• Intermediate toAdvanced proficiency in data visualization tools e.g., Excel, Tableau, etc.
• Able to communicate and manage expectations.

• Industry Expertise– Specifically inInsurance, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare.
• Collaboration– Key success factors in this role includes leading without direct authority, building relationships across multiple functions, and listening to input and perspectives from across the organization, customers, and industry stakeholders.
