Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in data analytics, public health, or related field; healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• 5-7 years of analytics experience in healthcare/Pharma preferred.
• Understanding of data science methodologies including decision trees, multivariate analysis, segmentation modeling, factor analysis, regression, forecasting, machine learning.
• Experience with data mining, analysis, and providing insights.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with CSTs and external clients using data stories to demonstrate value of McKesson products.
• Deliver proactive analyses of portfolio performance, customer needs, and business risks or opportunities, including market events.
• Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling to analyze product data, identify drivers, and forecast outcomes.
• Monitor portfolio health, provide stakeholder updates and business reviews, escalate issues as needed.
• Present clear, actionable insights through client-facing visuals and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve product value and analytical efficiency.
• Support complex client requests and escalations with account teams.
• Contribute insights that inform strategic and tactical decisions across competitive positioning, product design, analytics, and operations.
