Job summary

BrickRed Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Data Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle for complex data and technology solutions. You will combine product management, agile delivery, data analysis, technical architecture, and stakeholder management to drive strategy, roadmap, delivery, and adoption.

The role partners with Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and deliver scalable,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in Agile software development.
• Proven ability to develop and execute Product Roadmaps and Strategy.
• Strong customer-centric mindset and experience with data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of solution architecture and technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for complex data/tech solutions from strategy to adoption.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with objectives and customer needs.
• Conduct market, customer, and business research to identify opportunities.
• Manage product backlog and coordinate dependencies, tech debt, and features.
• Support Agile practices, DevOps/CI/CD, and cross-functional delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
• Translate data concepts into clear business requirements and priorities.
• Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to executives.
• Build relationships with customer groups to understand needs and improve experience.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate product operations and analysis.
