Job summary

ACT1 Federal LLC seeks a Data and Performance Analyst to integrate production and supplier data, delivering traceable dashboards and analyses. The role requires TS clearance and hybrid work near Arlington, VA, with responsibilities spanning data collection, validation, and performance forecasting.

You will build dashboards and scorecards for program managers and senior leaders, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven improvements to production flow and delivery readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in data analysis or production analytics.
• Experience collecting and validating manufacturing or supplier data.
• Experience developing dashboards and executive visualizations.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and at least one analytics/visualization tool (Python/SQL/Power BI/Tableau).
• Must be within commutable distance to Arlington, VA.
• Active Top Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Define data requirements with the BOND team, PAE, and partners.
• Collect and validate production schedules, throughput, and supplier data.
• Map data across prime and lower-tier suppliers and reconcile definitions.
• Maintain secure, traceable data sets and dashboards per government rules.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports for DASN DIB leaders.
• Identify bottlenecks and root causes, and assess recovery options.
