Job summary

Atlas Federal Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst in Miami, hybrid role, to turn agency data into clear, actionable insight and support leaders with performance metrics.

You will build dashboards, perform statistical analyses, and document data definitions; collaborate with stakeholders and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2+ years of data analysis, and strong SQL with Power BI or Tableau;

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data analysis experience.
• Strong SQL and BI tool experience (Power BI/Tableau).
• Working knowledge of Python or R for analysis.
• Experience with government or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple agency systems.
• Build dashboards and recurring reports to track mission performance.
• Perform statistical analysis to surface trends and anomalies.
• Translate stakeholder questions into analytic requirements.
• Document data definitions, sources, and methodology.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
