Job summary

IQUASAR LLC is seeking a Business Strategist with expertise in database design, architecture and development to guide data strategy across ITS programs. You will define security controls, governance, and align roadmaps with agency objectives.

Join a collaborative team to guide high-level portfolios, partner with stakeholders, deliver actionable plans, and report progress and risks with clarity and impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning and project delivery.
• Experience with data security projects.
• Experience with Agile and JIRA/SNOW.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data security projects for the agency.
• Develop and manage high-level road maps of project portfolios aligned with ITS strategy.
• Partner with ITS business stakeholders to facilitate business cases and value plans.
• Drive deliverables from conception to implementation to meet business needs.
• Develop Operational Support plans with ITS stakeholders to ensure service reliability.
• Perform management reporting and information dissemination.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders within ITS, the business and suppliers.
• Track ITS roadmaps and forecasts across Agency Portfolios.
• Present reports on project progress, problems, and solutions.
