State Street Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to advance the Alpha data services platform. You will partner with business, product, and technology teams to define requirements, develop integration solutions, and drive delivery for IBOR/ABOR data domains.

You will analyze current data operating models, map data between source systems and the Alpha Platform, and ensure scalable, production-ready integrations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• 7+ years of financial services experience preferred.
• Experience with IBOR/ABOR and investment data domains is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data mapping skills.

Aufgaben

• Support design, configuration, testing, and deployment of data integrations into the Alpha Ecosystem for IBOR/ABOR.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Development, and Data Management on requirements and delivery plans.
• Analyze current and target data operating models for standardization and scalability.
• Gather and manage requirements, translating them into integration use cases and workflows.
• Develop expertise on Alpha Data Platform, data model, and integration frameworks.
• Define data mappings between source systems, Alpha Platform, and downstream consumers.
• Contribute to functional, integration, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Support data quality, governance, and control processes for critical data.
