Visa seeks a Sr. Data & Insights Consultant to transform large data volumes into actionable business insights and enable data-driven decisions across the organization. You will publish accessible insights for internal and external stakeholders and shepherd data-driven processes across functions.

All roles require digital fluency and comfort with AI tools, and this hybrid role will be based in the US with in-office days in Austin or Atlanta.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a STEM degree or equivalent.
• Experience in data visualization software (Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI).
• Analytics focus on data visualization and large datasets.
• Experience leading design discovery meetings with end-users.
• Experience in Agile environments and fast-paced settings.
• Strong SQL and data modeling basics (Star Schema/Snowflake).
• Proven SLA assessment, data analysis, and reporting experience.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver actionable insights by turning large data volumes into business value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and enhance reporting solutions.
• Develop automated insight delivery processes and self-serve tools.
• Lead client-facing initiatives to optimize authorization performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards for executives.
• Coordinate with reporting teams on common reports and data sources.
• Monitor SLAs and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present product/SLA level reporting to stakeholders.
