Job summary

Oracle is seeking a US-based Senior Principal Energy Program Manager to drive energy procurement for Oracle Cloud data centers and related sustainability initiatives. You will shape strategies, negotiate with utilities and IPPs, and coordinate with finance and operations to ensure reliable, cost-effective power.

This role requires deep knowledge of deregulated markets, forward pricing, and cross-functional leadership across global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, STEM or business with energy/data center expertise.
Experience in regulated and deregulated energy markets and PPA structures.
Strong Excel modeling and energy-rate analysis skills.
Ability to manage budgets and financial projections with finance teams.
Comfort negotiating with suppliers and executives.

Responsibilities

Source and negotiate strategic power agreements for Oracle.
Lead day-to-day energy strategy for Oracle Cloud data centers in deregulated markets.
Develop forward purchasing strategies and RFP processes.
Monitor markets and advise on opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with finance to draft annual energy budgets.
Coordinate with onsite generation and utility partners to ensure power delivery.
