Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Coordination Program Manager to join the AMER Data Center Capacity and Delivery (DCCD) Controls Engineering team. You will coordinate purchases, manage the full project lifecycle for building automation initiatives, and collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Legal to deliver critical outcomes in AWS data centers.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to manage ambiguity, and a focus on delivering high standards across controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret contract terms, conditions, and exhibits as applicable to project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the purchase of goods and services for the DCCD Controls Engineering team.
• Involve the full life cycle of controls projects, collaborating with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Legal.
• Complete key deliverables required to deploy, maintain, and improve building automation in AWS data centers.
• Apply program coordination tools and techniques to support efficient purchasing across Controls disciplines.
• Maintain and track contracts, budgets, and spend; manage forecasting and reporting.
