Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret contract terms, conditions, and exhibits as applicable to project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Writing and managing Capital Acquisition Requests (CARs)
• Compiling and submitting Work Order (WO) and Change Order (CO) requests
• Submitting Purchase Requests (PRs)
• Managing Purchase Orders (POs) and invoicing
• Managing monthly product and service accruals
• Maintaining and tracking the status of contracts, budgets, and spend
• Managing monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasting
• Implementing and maintaining coordination- and finance-related reports and dashboards
• Writing and maintaining team documentation and training
• Managing non-technical projects
