Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Coordination Program Manager to support the DCCD Controls Engineering team in purchasing goods and services for building automation in AWS data centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Writing and managing Capital Acquisition Requests (CARs).
• Compiling and submitting Work Order (WO) and Change Order (CO) requests.
• Submitting Purchase Requests (PRs).
• Managing Purchase Orders (POs) and invoicing.
• Managing monthly product and service accruals.
• Maintaining and tracking the status of contracts, budgets, and spend.
• Managing monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasting.
• Implementing and maintaining coordination- and finance-related reports and dashboards.
• Writing and maintaining team documentation and training.
• Managing non-technical projects.
