Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead data center construction across multiple U.S. sites including Atlanta, GA.
You will plan, coordinate, and direct all activities related to delivery, acting as liaison with design managers, clients, consultants, and vendors. The role requires 6+ years in project management and 3+ years in data center construction, with strong budgeting, scheduling, and MEP knowledge.
Colliers Project Leaders is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Owner's Rep team in Ashburn, VA; Portland, OR; Atlanta, GA; and Miami, FL.
The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing all activities related to the delivery of the assigned datacenter construction project. You'll act as a liaison both internally and externally for construction services by interacting with Design Managers, personnel, clientele, consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors.
