Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience with cloud capacity planning.
• Experience with data center capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Driving power, space, and network block capacity planning globally.
• Overseeing and tracking day‑to‑day project milestones to ensure launches are executed at the highest quality.
• Tracking business‑critical data‑center expansion projects.
• Establishing priorities, identifying and communicating risks and mitigation plans in collaboration with stakeholders; developing and maintaining program milestones and completion dates.
• Using operational metrics to drive process improvement and efficiencies with a focus on creating scalable processes.
• Demonstrating success in creating and refining operational processes.
• Directing multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment with a strong customer focus.
