Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• 13+ years of related experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Experience designing data architectures, models, and analytics solutions.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML or predictive modeling to forecast requirements.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, data governance, and system interoperability.
• Experience with ITSM frameworks and service portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Leads identification and implementation of operational improvements and AI/ML opportunities across GMOS.
• Governs capacity management planning, forecasting, and performance improvement.
• Defines capacity metrics and uses analytics to guide resource planning.
• Directs architecture development aligned with DoS and Federal standards.
• Establishes IT infrastructure standards and drives standardization.
• Governs long-range system planning and consolidation of devices/services.
• Architects integrated dashboards for near real-time health visibility with 508-compliant interfaces.
• Sets capacity thresholds and monitors usage; informs budgeting.
• Leads service portfolio transformation with cloud-based services and automation.
• Collaborates across DT/EA/CST through architecture review boards focusing on security and compliance.
• Provides SME-level technical leadership and manages teams and budgets.
