Job summary

Amentum in McLean, VA seeks an experienced Program Manager – Data Analytics to lead a multidisciplinary team of analysts and engineers supporting a client’s performance measurement program.

You will serve as the primary liaison to the COTR, overseeing contract tasks, cost, schedule, and performance, and ensuring delivery of high-quality outputs across performance management, business analytics, and technical domains.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Strong analytical skills and experience applying qualitative and quantitative methods to performance, operations and budgeting.
• Proficient in data visualization using Tableau.
• SQL and Python programming experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to present management strategy and analytic outcomes to drive client decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and schedule the timely and successful completion of the work on the contract.
• Monitor program performance for conformance to scope and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with contract support to deliver monthly requirements.
• Prepare and disseminate Monthly Contract Status Report (MCSR).
• Serve as the single focal point to the COTR for task management.
• Provide leadership and direction to all personnel assigned to the contract.
