Clearsulting is seeking an entrepreneurial Data Engineering & Architecture Practice Lead to shape and lead a new capability within our Office of the CFO. This role offers latitude to define offerings, form strong executive partnerships, and scale data-enabled transformation across finance and technology functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or Finance.
• 10+ years of consulting, data, technology, architecture, or enterprise transformation experience with leadership.
• Proven ability to lead a data/architecture practice and drive growth and client impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the vision, strategy, and growth for Clearsulting's Data Engineering and Architecture practice.
• Develop scalable service offerings, accelerators, and delivery frameworks across data, cloud platforms, data architecture, and AI foundations.
• Lead business development efforts including solution design, proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of data architects and engineering leaders.
• Ensure engagements deliver measurable business outcomes with high quality and risk management.
