Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Director of Data & Analytics to own advanced analytics and insights, turning customer behavior questions into actionable models. This leadership role guides a centralized analytics team serving DTC, Hair Color Bar, Amazon, wholesale, marketing and product analytics.

The role is full-time and remote, with Pacific Coast time alignment and potential travel to HQ in San Francisco. Salary range: $190,000–$210,000, reflecting location and experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantitative field or commensurate experience with strong analytics background.
• 8+ years of analytics and insights experience, including 3+ years of leadership.
• Experience in multi-channel consumer business, preferably with subscription/membership.
• Hands-on experience with statistical and ML techniques and strong SQL and Python/R.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects from data exploration to business implementation and ROI.
• Apply data science and ML to LTV, churn, retention, segmentation, and omnichannel impact.
• Own channel performance measurement, MMM, and marketing mix modeling.
• Embed analytics in cross-functional roadmaps with channel GMs, product, engineering, marketing and finance.
