Job summary

You will lead requirements, build dashboards and models, perform advanced analyses, and collaborate with program leadership to translate insights into action in a regulatory federal context. On-site in the National Capital Region with potential for hybrid telework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, CS, engineering, math, economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional analytical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions and produce detailed requirement documentation.
• Develop dashboards, models, and analytical workflows.
• Perform advanced statistical, predictive, or exploratory analysis.
• Develop business requirements documents, user stories, and detailed process diagrams.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose solution approaches.
• Evaluate alternatives and build cost-benefit/risk models.
• Produce decision briefs and clearly communicate technical findings.
• Contribute to data governance, security, and automation initiatives.
• Partner with technical teams and program leadership to align on actionable insights.
