The ideal candidate has 7+ years in business analysis, expertise in Agile and Waterfall, and hands‑on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Teams. Active DoD SECRET clearance is required; salary is $90k+ annually.

Qualifications

7+ years in business analysis with leadership on complex programs.
Expert-level capabilities in strategic thinking, facilitation, and requirements management.
Mastery of Agile and Waterfall; ability to tailor frameworks to program needs.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies is desirable.
Proficient in configuring Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Teams for backlogs.

Responsibilities

Lead and define the business analysis strategy for enterprise‑scale initiatives.
Manage and prioritize a portfolio of requirements across multiple projects.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk analyses, and business case development.
