Job summary

Simmons Bank is seeking a Senior Data & AI Tech Product Lead to shape and advance our Data and AI product portfolio. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, define roadmaps, manage governance, and drive data-driven decision making across the enterprise.

You will lead a portfolio of data products, own AI lifecycle, develop business cases and KPIs, collaborate with Data & AI Engineering, and ensure risk and compliance alignment while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and 5+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in enterprise Data & AI program management and governance.
• Ability to translate business needs into prioritized backlogs and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the enterprise Data & AI Product Management framework, including governance and value realization across the portfolio.
• Define and manage the Data & AI product intake, demand management, and prioritization with stakeholders.
• Develop Data & AI product strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Champion Data-as-a-Product with clear ownership, quality standards, and lifecycle governance.
• Own the AI product portfolio lifecycle from opportunity to retirement.
• Develop business cases, KPIs, adoption measures, and value realization frameworks.
• Collaborate with Data & AI Engineering to translate needs into backlogs, requirements, features, and delivery plans.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across business units to drive adoption and alignment.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI opportunities for future investment and differentiation.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Governance to meet policy requirements.
• Develop executive communications, presentations, and training materials to support adoption.
