Job summary

Simmons Bank is seeking a Senior Data & AI Tech Product Lead to shape and advance the Data & AI portfolio. You will bridge business needs and technical teams, define roadmaps, and drive value realization across the enterprise.

You will establish governance, intake, and prioritization processes, partner with Data & AI Engineering, and translate strategic priorities into actionable backlogs, metrics, and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree in a relevant field; experience in data or tech product management.
5+ years in product management or data/AI roles.
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Experience with data products and AI lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead enterprise Data & AI Product Management framework and governance.
Define intake and demand management; align investments with value.
Define and maintain data/AI product strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
Champion Data-as-a-Product principles across the portfolio.
Own AI product portfolio lifecycle from opportunity to retirement.
Develop business cases, KPIs, adoption measures and value realization.
Translate business needs into prioritized backlogs and requirements.
Lead stakeholder engagement and drive collaboration across units.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and industry trends for investment.
Partner with Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and Governance teams.
Develop executive communications and reporting to support decision-making.
