Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation seeks a Cyberspace Warfare Force Development Senior Project Engineer to lead CW force development initiatives and support generation for Combat Forces Command and STARCOM. You will shape CW doctrine, tactics, and operational testing within a space-focused cyber context.

This onsite role in Colorado Springs requires extensive leadership in cyber operations, wargaming, and training system development, partnering with USSF and industry to advance space superiority through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related STEM field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in cyberspace operations, cybersecurity, systems engineering, software development, embedded systems, force development, or similar fields with leadership experience.
• Proven leadership as a technical authority or project engineer managing highly technical teams in cyber operations and defense-related missions.
• Deep understanding of CW and force development domains for space operations, including Joint Force Design and OT&E processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Senior Project Engineer and technical authority for CW force development and support force generation for CFC and STARCOM.
• Develop CW doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures for readiness and space control operations.
• Translate operational challenges into CW tools, methods, and capabilities integrated with OW and EW.
• Support CW and CO requirement advocacy through CFC and HQ USSF; engage in planning teams and work groups.
• Define technical requirements for cyber range development and training scenarios in space operations.
• Collaborate on operational test and evaluation processes and user acceptance activities.
• Contribute to doctrine development and space warfighting concepts for CW and CO.
