Job summary

Global Channel Managementinc is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager in Chattanooga, TN to oversee the delivery of ongoing cyber projects, define and execute initiatives, and manage budgets, schedules and performance for success.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of IT or cyber portfolio leadership, certifications, experience with Agile, Jira, regulated environments, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT or cyber portfolio management experience.
PMI or PRINCE2 certification required.
Proven experience with Scrum/Agile and JIRA.
Familiarity with cyber security in regulated environments.
Experience delivering technical projects.
Experience applying agile, scrum, and waterfall methods.
Ability to manage portfolio and program governance.
Experience creating and managing time, cost, and schedule estimates.
Comfort working in a matrix organization.
Proactive risk identification and mitigation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee delivery of ongoing cyber projects.
Define, initiate, and execute projects; manage budget, schedule, and performance.
Ensure project execution plans are established and followed.
Manage risks and issues across the program and take corrective actions.
Lead program events, briefings, and stakeholder communications.
Report on program performance to multiple levels of management.
Manage annual budgets, contracts, and acquisition activities.
Support enterprise cyber program management and governance structures.
