Job summary

ARETUM Holdings LLC in Bethesda, MD seeks an Facilitation Specialist to support information sharing, analysis, and coordination among external partners and internal cybersecurity offices to strengthen collaboration and inform leadership decisions.

The role translates complex cybersecurity information into clear executive briefings and written products that guide operational priorities and strategic planning, while ensuring compliance with safeguarding requirements for federal contracting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with cyber threat intelligence and cybersecurity operations center processes.
• Experience supporting cyber incident response activities and working across technical and policy environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical information for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information sharing, analysis, and operational activities across external partners and internal cybersecurity organizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cybersecurity industry partners and other external stakeholders to support collaboration and information exchange.
• Analyze cybersecurity information and translate technical findings into clear, actionable information for executive and non-technical audiences.
• Develop and deliver executive briefings, reports, and other written products that support operational planning and strategic initiatives.
• Support coordination between technical and policy teams by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve cybersecurity operations and information sharing.
