Job summary

ITI Solutions, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead a Risk Management Framework Cybersecurity Program at Peterson Space Force Base, CO. The role requires US citizenship with TS/SCI eligibility and experience managing DoD cybersecurity programs.

The candidate will oversee a Defensive Cyber Operations SME team, coordinate with Space Force Cyber Guardians, and drive assessment, reporting, and countermeasure development across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing IT and cybersecurity programs.
• Understanding of the Risk Management Framework.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles.
• Understanding of Security Control Assessment and Reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the conduct and reporting of assigned programs and provides a single point of contact for those projects.
• Responsible for all personnel assigned to the program.
• Participates in regular Program Management Reviews.
• Takes projects from original concept through final implementation.
• Interfaces with all areas affected by the program, including end users, computer services, and client services.
• Defines project scope and objectives.
• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
• Provides technical and analytical guidance to the project team.
