Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Five or more years in healthcare, supply chain, value analysis, or related area, with at least two years in sourcing, value analysis, or strategic clinical supply roles.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop CVA Specialists and oversee the CVA program.
• Coordinate with Category Management, Contracting, and clinical leadership to align CVA work with strategies.
• Maintain CVA governance, standards, and KPI dashboards to measure performance.
• Ensure CVA pipeline aligns with category strategies and contract renewal schedules.
• Drive systemwide product evaluation, adoption, and vendor standardization.
• Provide executive updates on CVA performance, savings, and risks.
